Before Work Begins
Full refund available if you cancel before we start working on your project
No questions asked
After Work Has Begun
No refund available once we have started creating or reviewing your documents
This includes initial analysis, research, or drafting
We invest significant time and expertise once work begins
After Delivery
Revisions included: All document services include specified revisions (typically 1-2
rounds)
Quality issues: If you're not satisfied due to quality concerns, we'll work with you
through the revision process
No refund after acceptance: Once you've approved the final version, no refunds are
issued
Revision Period
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
After 14 days, the service is considered complete and accepted
More than 48 hours before session:
Full refund or free reschedule available
Simply notify us via email
Within 48 hours of session:
50% refund or reschedule with 25% fee
This compensates for the reserved time slot
Same-day cancellation or no-show:
No refund - full session fee is forfeited
Weve reserved dedicated time for you that cannot be filled on short notice

Subsequent reschedules: May incur a €15 rescheduling fee

After first session begins: No refund on pack, but unused sessions can be:

Unused sessions: No cash refund for unused sessions in a pack
4. Service Packages (Kickstart, Boost My Career, Premium, Executive, etc.)

Full refund available if you cancel before we start any component of the package
(document/case analysis is one of the components of any and every service we
provide).
After Services Have Begun
No full refund once work has started on any package component
Partial consideration: We may offer partial refunds based on:
o Which services have been delivered
o Which services have been started
o Calculated at individual service rates (not discounted package rates)
Unused Services Within Packages
Must be used within 6 months of purchase
Non-transferable to other people
No cash refund for unused services after expiration
Example:
If you purchase the Boost My Career Pack (€259) and weve completed your CV and LinkedIn
but you want to cancel before the coaching session:
No refund for completed services (CV + LinkedIn)
Coaching session remains available for 6 months
No cash value returned for unused coaching if you choose not to use it
5.Corporate Training Services
Refund terms are outlined in individual corporate contracts
Generally, deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations must be made according to contract terms

❌ Dissatisfaction with job search outcomes: We provide guidance and tools, but cannot
guarantee job offers, interviews, or salary increases
❌ Changes in personal circumstances: Career goal changes, relocation, or deciding you
dont need services anymore
❌ Buyers remorse: Changing your mind after receiving quality deliverables
❌ Unused services past expiration: Services not used within specified timeframes
❌ Third-party decisions: Employer rejections, visa denials, or other outcomes beyond our
control
❌ Incomplete client information: If you dont provide necessary information for us to
complete services
